e-Privacy Management Systems can
provide short and long-term
personnel to government bodies who
are subject to the federal Access to
Information Act or the various
provincial and municipal freedom of
information and privacy acts. This

flexibility in dealing with peak
workload situations, vacation
schedules and other time pressures.

processed access requests related
to:
- natural
resources and public
land management,

and mines records,
- regulatory
submissions for
therapeutic products
(ie., manufacturer's
submissions to
obtain approval to
market prescription
and non-prescription
drugs),
- health policy,
- law enforcement,
- aboriginal
issues, and
- general business
records.
Mr. Boufford has also mediated
appeals of the institution's access
decisions, responded to notices of
inquiry (that stage of an appeal
where the Information and Privacy
Commissioner has order making
power), and investigated, and
responded to allegations of
non-conformance with the
requirements of the privacy
legislation.
e-Privacy Management Systems uses
